I reviewed the CSP agreement on the Scrum Alliance site and there is nothing written that prohibits me from sharing my personal CSP application, so I will email my completed CSP application to anyone who asks for it in the comments. I can't find them and ScrumAlliance web page states Please note: If your application is approved, it will be published on the website and accessible to all active site members with CSP and above certification.
