You are right. With the site update, they seem to have hidden what was once freely available. 

I reviewed the CSP agreement on the Scrum Alliance site and there is nothing written that prohibits me from sharing my personal CSP application, so I will email my completed CSP application to anyone who asks for it in the comments. Or you can email your request to me at paul@paulklipp.com

So it looks like it's visible only for CSP, CSC and CST.</description>
